Mr. Otterstad currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Graduating from Bemidji State University, he holds a
B.S. in Industrial Education. He is directly involved with all projects managed by CAM Inc. and its employees.
Mr. Sand is our Chief Financial Officer and President. He also is directly involved with all projects managed by
CAM Inc., and its employees. Dean holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Bemidji State University.
Ms. Carol Hall Smith is responsible for issuing and monitoring trade contracts; coordinating with the Project
Manager change order validity; and approval/processing trade contractors applications. Her education includes
Dunwoody Institute, University of Minnesota, Construction Specification Institute - Certified Construction
Contract Administrator (CSI CCCA)
